We have received reports of members receiving phone calls supposedly coming from the credit union. They are identifying themselves as being from CUMCO Federal Credit Union, which is our previous name. The caller is asking for account information and Social Security numbers.
This message is NOT from the credit union. This is a scam trying to get your personal information to commit fraud and identity theft. We will never contact you by phone, email or text to ask you for your account number, SS number, PIN or expiration date on you debit or credit card. Please do not respond to these requests. Hang up or delete the text or email and notify us. If you have given out any personal information, notify us immediatly to place a block on your account. During office hours, please call 856-696-0767. After hours, please call 800-472-3272 to have your card blocked immediately.
